About

We Should Probably Be

SUPERVISED.

We’re not influencers.
We’re not critics.
We’re definitely not journalists.

We’re a collection of filmmakers, hospitality insiders,
nightlife veterans, storytellers, and highly functioning
degenerates with an unhealthy desire to eat, drink, and make noise.

WE CHASE impossible reservations.
Sometimes they’re worth it.
we follow rumors.
Most are bullshit.
we talk to strangers.
Best way to find the good stories.
we trust recommendations we probably shouldn’t
The good ones become stories.
we don’t cover cities. we get lost in them.
That’s where the stories live.

Somewhere along the way, we started making shows
about the people and places we love.
Turns out great restaurants, unforgettable coctails,
hidden gems, and the experiences you’ll talk about
for years are usually hiding in plain sight.
You just need to know where to look.

THE CITY IS THE BACKDROP.
THE PEOPLE ARE THE STORY.

We just happen to be reckless enough to follow both.
